Using her “eye concealing” ability, she can erase the perception towards objects within a certain distance of herself or her surroundings. She is most always seen listening to music through her earphones (Kagerou Project Wikia).
Her favourite artists are _asis, RADI_HEAD, and Toku_Shuugo. She's from the same orphanage as Kano and Seto.

Kido's past:

She was born into a wealthy family, but wasn't the proper wife of the 'Kido' family, so she doesn't have much of a position in her family. As she was treated badly, she wished to disappear.
Her father's company went bankrupt, which then caused the violence behaviour of her father. He also set the house on fire, killing everyone (August 15, 10 years ago).
At that time, Kido reached 'Kagerou Daze' with her elder sister, and got the 'Eye Concealing' ability.

Seto Kousuke　セト　【瀬戸 幸助】

Ability: Eye Stealing　「目を盗む」

A young man who belongs to the Mekakushi Dan and is from the same orphanage as Kido and Kano. He works as a florist at the shopping center as well as various other fields of work such as traffic control and newspaper delivery. He is also the person that invited Mary into the Mekakushi Dan. With his “eye-stealing” ability, he can read information from any target. However, he dislikes it because, “it’s a power where you steal with glances, without needing communication,” so he rarely uses it. He has a pet hamster named “Hanao.” He also has a habit of wandering around where he shouldn't be (Kagerou Project Wikia).
He's from the same orphanage as Kano and Kido.

Seto's past:

He lost his parents since young and was often bullied due to his weak and cowardly personality. His only friend was a stray dog. Because of this, he wished that he can understand the feelings/thoughts without using language.
During a storm one day (August 15, 10 years ago), he witnessed some children drowning the stray dog, his only friend. He also jumped into the river in attempt to save the dog.
He entered 'Kagerou Daze' during that time, and obtained the 'Eye Stealing' ability.

Kano Shuuya　カノ　【鹿野 修哉】

A young man with cat-like eyes who belongs to the Mekakushi Dan. Has an unfocused, aloof personality, and always has a smile on his face. Because he teases Mary and Momo a lot, he’s often considered to be a flirt and uncaring, but when it counts, he’s worth relying on. He possesses the power to “deceive one’s eyes,” to be able to manipulate what people around him see and show them something different.
He's from the same orphanage as Kido and Seto.

Kano's past:

He spent his childhood with his mother (with some sort of emotionally problems) in their apartment and was always beaten by his mother. While other people described it as 'his mother being violent on Kano', Kano thought of it as 'his fault for making his mother angry'. As a result, he wished to deceive people into thinking he doesn't have any bruises, so people won't think that his mother was beating him.
One day (August 15, 10 years ago), some thieves robbed their house, killing Kano and his mother on the way. He entered 'Kagerou Daze' and got the 'Eye Deceiving' ability.

Kozakura Mary　マリー　【小桜 茉莉】

Ability: Making Eye Contact　「目を合わせる」

A 1/4-Medusa, 3/4-human girl. Her parents told her “We’re medusae, so if we make eye contact with a human they’ll be turned to stone.” While growing up, she always stuck to their words and hid herself away from the world in the forest. Even after they died she continued to live alone. By chance, a boy named Seto visited the forest and found her. He has since brought her to the outside world. After coming to the Mekakushi Dan’s hideout, and joining the group, she leads a sideline life making fake flowers in her room which generates a very small income. When she went into town to buy ingredients, the first people she met were neighborhood children. They bullied her, and she was traumatized by the incident, so she rarely goes outside anymore. Her ability is to “make eye contact”, which allows her to temporarily stop the movement of whoever meets her gaze (Kagerou Project Wikia).

Interesting Facts:
- She's clumsy
- She's actually a fujoshi, so she will be a Hikijoshi (Hikikomori + fujoshi)
- The bandage that she had on her arm in the Souzou Forest PV is used for covering her eyes
- Since she is also a medusa, her lifespan and growth is very slow compared to a human, so she is around 140 years old in Souzou Forest
- Her hair wriggles when she's happy or excited

*Note: Souzou Forest and Kuusou Forest is the same song. When Jin-san first uploaded it on NND, the name was Souzou Forest; In the album, the name was changed to Kuusou Forest. The PVs are a little bit different, so yeah.

Mary's actual past!?:

She and her mother both died on the day when some humans came to the forest (August 15). She entered the 'Kagerou Daze' with Shion and received the true medusa power from Azami (or Shion, not sure about this part yet). So Mary actually has the 'Making Eye Contact' ability and the true medusa power.
Due to her meeting with Mekakushi Dan and the evil plan of the 'snake of eye clearing', she 'Kagerou-Daze-ized' the current world.

She has a peculiar sense in taste and fashion, and as such, it is common for her opinions to disagree with other peoples' (Kagerou Project Wikia).

Due to one of Ene’s pranks, his computer breaks down, so both Ene and him go to the department store for shopping where they happen upon a group of terrorists. They end up stopping them together with the Mekakushi Dan. After this, he and Ene come to join the Mekakushi Dan. He is Momo’s brother (Kagerou Project Wikia).

His ability seems to allow him to see things related to the target (long distances).

A girl that visits the city with Hibiya. For this reason, she came to stay at her sister’s house, and fell in love with Konoha at first sight, who happened to be staying there as well. On August 15, she becomes involved in a certain incident with Hibiya. Her favorite animal is a cat.

In Konoha no Sekai Jijou's PV, there was a newspaper with the title "A 11 year-old girl died", so it was believed that Hiyori is 11 years old.

She is the younger sister of Asahina Ayaka, who is now called Tateyama Ayaka after her marriage with Kenjiro. (meaning Hiyori = Ayano's aunt)
Hiyori is quite selfish in a way, and she forcefully took Hibiya with her to the city. She's popular within the class, but she never cared about it.
She was dragged into the 'Kagerou Daze' with Hibiya due to an accident. Details unknown.

Kozakura Shion　シオン　【小桜 紫苑】

Ability:

She's 1/2-Medusa and 1/2-Human. Mary's mother. They were living in the forest peacefully until they were attacked by some humans. In order to protect Mary, she used her power and turned the humans into rocks. However, her body cannot take the burden and she died as a result.

Shion's past:

Shion lived with her father, Tsukihiko, waiting for Azami, who disappeared into Kagerou Daze. She continued to live in the forest after Tsukihiko died, and met a human not long after (which then became her husband, aka Mary's father).
She was worried that Mary will be hated and bullied due to her Medusa blood, so she prevented Mary from leaving the forest.
When she died, she was dragged into the 'Kagerou Daze' with Mary, reuniting with her mother, Azami. She gave the snake with her eye ability to Mary, and sent her back to the real world.

But while everyone was afraid of her, she fell in love with a young soldier, who was the first human to like her, and created a family with him. In order to live with her family forever, she used her Medusa power to create a never-ending world (Infinity loop of August 14 and 15).

Even though he has lost his family in the past, he still continues to do his best in educating students. Possesses the power of “making eyes clear" (Kagerou Project Wikia).

Enomoto Takane's and Kokonose Haruka's teacher. He tries to ignore anything that is troublesome, but fails whenever Takane threatens him with "Chairman (of the school)". During the cultural festival, he used the club budget to buy a specimen of a rare (?) fish. Takane described him as "THE human trash".

Kenjiro's past:

He was a slack and lazy person when he was young because he hated troubles. But he attended University under his parent's persuasion, and fell in love at first sight with his classmate, Ayaka. However, he was rejected because she's not interested in 'slack guys', which then became his reason to study hard.
Eventually, he married Ayaka and became a teacher. He is a nice father who loved Ayano, Kido, Kano and Seto.
But he died in an accident with Ayaka while searching for a way to released Kido, Kano and Seto from their ability. He was dragged into 'Kagerou Daze' during that time, and gave Azami a plan for Kagerou Daze, and then obtained the Eye Clearing power.

Tateyama Ayano　アヤノ　【楯山 文乃】

A cheerful, ordinary girl who was Shintaro's classmate. From then on the two became close friends. Shintaro catches her crying one day, but is at a lost at what to do and leaves. The next day it is revealed that she had committed suicide for some unknown reason (Kagerou Project Wikia). She is the daughter of Kenjiro. In contrast to Shintaro, she isn't good at academics and often has to take make-up courses.

Ayano's past:

She was asked by her mother to take care of her adopted siblings: Kano, Kido and Seto, and she was also the one who founded Mekakushi Dan.

She wished for her family's happiness more than anyone. In order to prevent her family from falling apart (due to her mother's death), she suicided on August 15 in order to be involved with 'Kagerou Daze'. Obtained eye ability. Details unknown.

Masih ingat dengan si tampan Keanu Reeves yang bermain dalam film The Matrix? Aktor tampan ini seolah tidak kenal kata penuaan, wajahnya selalu tampak muda. Tidak hanya itu, wajah tampan Keanu Reeves dianggap mirip dengan Louis-Maurice Boutet de Monvel.

Louis-Maurice Boutet de Monvel adalah seorang seniman dari Prancis yang spesial menghasilkan karya lukisan cat minyak. Beliau lahir pada tahun 1851 dan meninggal pada tahun 1913. Keanu Reeves sendiri baru lahir pada tahun 1964.

4. Robert Pattinson

Aktor tampan yang satu ini pasti sudah Anda kenal dengan baik, Robert Pattinson. Si vampir tampan yang bermain dalam film Twilight. Wajahnya yang tampan, cool tetapi kadang 'bengal' ternyata sudah ada sejak zaman dahulu.

Tidak diketahui siapa nama pria dalam foto masa lalu ini, tetapi banyak orang mengatakan bahwa dia mirip dengan Robert Pattinson. Struktur tulang wajahnya hampir sama, bentuk hidungnya juga hampir sama, dan tatapan mata itu juga mirip. Bagaimana menurut Anda?

5. Ruppert Grint 

Masih ingat dengan wajah ini? Dia adalah Ron Weasley teman Harry Potter yang diperankan oleh Rupert Grint. Oke.. oke.. Anda pasti mengira bahwa foto di bagian kanan juga Rupert Grint yang didandani jadul ala pria Eropa di masa lalu.

Nyatanya bukan, pria di samping kanan adalah Sir David Wilkie. Dia adalah seorang seniman yang lahir pada tahun 1785 dan meninggal pada tahun 1841. Tahun yang sangat jauh dari masa kini. Tetapi.. kami akui mereka berdua memang sangat mirip.

6. Maggie Gyllenhaal

Jika diperhatikan, foto di atas seperti ibu dan anak, tetapi bukan. Foto sebelah kiri adalah Maggie Gyllenhaal, dia adalah aktris Amerika yang bermain dalam film World Trade Center dan The Dark Knight. Maggie tidak punya hubungan keluarga dengan wanita di foto sebelah kanan.

Wanita di samping Maggie adalah Rose Wilder Lane, seorang penulis dan novelis yang lahir pada tahun 1886 dan meninggal pada tahun 1968. Sementara itu, Maggie baru lahir di tahun 1977. Mereka mirip bukan? Tatapan mata keduanya memiliki keteduhan dan kelembutan yang sama.

Siapa yang tak kenal sosok ini? Sang raja pop, Almarhum Michael Jakson. Penyanyi yang meninggal pada 25 Juni 2009 lalu ini, pernah dianggap sebagai vampir. Hal ini di karenakan, adik dari Janet Jakson ini mirip dengan Barent Fabritius, pelukis asal Belanda yang hidup pada tahun 1624 hingga 1673. Selain itu, karena kemiripan wajah Michael dengan beberapa orang lainnya, Michael pernah pula diberitakan sebagai hasil kloning seseorang di zaman peradaban mesir. Semasa hidup, penyanyi yang kematiannya di sebabkan oleh overdosis obat penenang ini memang banyak menciptkan kontroversi. Ia pernah diberitakan melakukan operasi untuk mengubah warna kulitnya. Namun pada 1993, dokter kulit pribadinya menyatakan bahwa Michael Jakson memiliki kelainan kulit yang langka yang menyebabkan kehilangan pigmen dalam kulitnya.

Rumah-Rumah Berhantu di Dunia

   Semua orang pasti tertarik dan penasaran tentang kisah-kisah mistik, apalagi rumah hantu. Cerita atau rumor-rumor yang beredar disertai dengan aura dan mungkin keadaannya yang sudah tidak terawat dapat memberikan poin seram tersendiri. Namun walaupun rumah yang berhantu, tetap saja mempunya ciri khas dan warna tersendiri. Berikut special dari saya, dozo yoroshiku!! :3

1.The Amityville Horror Ocean Avenue House

Mungkin ini adalah rumah hantu paling terkenal didunia, seperti film yang berdasarkan cerita dari rumah ini "The Amityville Horror". Cerita bermula dari Ronald DeFeo JR, dengan sadis menembak 6 anggota keluarganya. Dia sekarang berada di penjara Kota New York. Keluarga yang kemudian menempati rumah ini pada tahun 1975, setahun setelah kejadian mengatakan bahwa mereka tersiksa dengan bau mayat, wajah dijendela, jeritan2, benda2 yang bergerak sendiri dan fenomena menakutkan lainnya.


2. Rumah yang dijual beserta hantu didalamnya yang bernama Tom

Memang ada beberapa orang aneh didunia ini, salah satu kasus yang terjadi yaitu di tahun 2000, Mr. Ronson dan istrinya di Wales Selatan menjual rumahnya, tapi dengan kondisi bahwa hantunya tetap berada di dalam rumah tersebut.Rupanya mereka telah hidup bersama dengan hantu tersebut sejak lama, dan memberi julukan Tom pada hantu tersebut.


3. Mansion Gothic di Sidney dan wanita berbaju putih

Ketika dijual pada tahun 2009, sebuah biara di Annandale mendapatkan sumbangan 10 juta US Dollar dari penjualannya. Memiliki 50 kamar bergaya arsitektur Victoria, rumah ini dihuni oleh hantu wanita berbaju putih. Hal-hal lain yang terjadi dirumah ini yaitu : Pintu dan jendela yang membuka dengan sendirinya, Pengunjung juga sering melihat sosok bayangan hitam dan wanita berbaju putih sering berjalan kesana kemari.

4. Rumah Milik Nicholas Cage di New Orleans

Entah apa yang ada dipikiran Nicholas cage ketika ia membeli rumah ini, saya yakin hal ini pasti sangat menyakitkan ketika ia membeli rumah ini seharga jutaan dollar dan ternyata banyak hantu didalamnya. Mansion LaLaurie dilelang pada tahun 2009. Awalnya dibuat untuk anggota keluarga kerajaan perancis, cerita hantu dimulai pada tahun 1830, dimana keluarga LaLaurie yang sering menyiksa budak mereka disini.

5. Rumah hantu di Cuchillo, New Mexico

Terjual di Ebay pada oktober 2009, atas usulan salah seorang paranormal yang sedang menginvestigasi rumah tersebut. Rumah ini milik Josh Bond, Ia melihat hantu wantia sedang memasak di dapur, dan mendengar kayu-kayu yang ditumpuk dan dibakar di tungku api. Hal yang paling menakutkan yaitu karena ia sering kali mendengar seseorang berbisik di telinganya.

6. Rumah Hantu Picfair Yang Bernilai 60 Juta US Dollar

Rumah ini dibangun untuk kediaman Mary Pickford dan Douglas Fairbanks, bintang film bisu di Beverly Hills. Mereka kemudian bercerai di tahun 1936, tapi Pickford tetap tinggal dirumah tsb dan dia semakin mengurung diri hingga kematiannya di tahun 1979. Rumah Tersebut akhirnya dibeli oleh Pebisnis Israel pada tahun 1988, dan merombak total bangunan tersebut. Meski bangunan aslinya sudah tidak ada, namun hantu Pickford masih sering terlihat disana.

7. Gedung Pengadilan Pickens

Gedung Pengadilan Pickens, Terletak di Carrollton, Alabama adalah gedung yang terkenal dengan penampakan hantu di salah satu jendelanya. Ada yang mengatakan itu adalah penampakan wajah Henry Wells yang melegenda. Dia dituduh telah membaka gedung itu sebelumnya, dan akhirnya digantung pada malam hujan badai tahun 1878, ternyata tuduhan tersebut sama sekali tidak benar.

8. Rumah Pendeta Borley

Dikatakan sebagai rumah paling berhantu di Inggris pada tahun 1937 oleh seorang paranormal Harry Price. Hal ini dibenarkan oleh penduduk sekitar yang sering mengalami fenomena mistis dirumah tersebut. Terletak di desa Borley, Essex, England. Dibangun di tahun 1863 dan kemudian hancur karena kebakaran di tahun 1939

9. Rumah "Penggantungan" Whaley

Kini dijadikan museum, rumah ini terkenal sebagai rumah hantu setelah James Yankee Jim Robinson digantung dirumah ini pada tahun 1852. Sebelum dibeli pemerintah setempat, rumah ini ada tempat menggantung para terpidana mati.

10. Raynham Hall

Rumah di Norfolk, Inggris ini terkenal dengan foto hantu "Brown Lady" yang sedang duduk di tangga. Selama 300 tahun rumah ini dihuni oleh keluarga Townshend.

11. Rumah Terkutuk, Howshan Hall

Rumah di Yorkshire ini dinyatakan "terkutuk" dan dijual di tahun 2009 seharga 6 juta poundsterling. Menurut rumor, rumah ini mendapat kutukan "Kirkham" dimana semua penghuni laki-laki dirumah ini akan meninggal dan kebahagiaan tidak pernah datang dikeluarga yang menempati rumah ini.

12. Mansion Mangolia

Lihat saja gambar diatas, memang mengherankan kenapa rumah secantik ini dikatakan ''berhantu''. Dibangun pada tahun 1857 oleh Alexander Harris yang dipersembahkan untuk pengantin wanitanya, yang akhirnya meninggal karena penyakit kuning ditahun yang sama. Rumah ini akhirnya dijual di tahun 2009. Konon sering ada penampakan dan suara orang kesakitan.
